Carrier Abound Wins a Gold Award at 2026 Greentech Energy Management Excellence Awards for Digital Transformation in Energy Category

Carrier Abound won a Gold Award in the ‘Digital Transformation in Energy’ category at the 2026 Greentech Energy Management Excellence Awards. The recognition is for the transformation and impact delivered to one of India’s largest private sector banks.
The recognition highlights the impact of Abound Managed Services across the bank’s distributed network of 600 branches. The scalable, technology-enabled and command center driven service helped the bank reduce energy intensity, improve operational performance, and advance sustainability outcomes.
Between December 2020 and March 2026, the services enabled the bank to achieve the following results:
- Over 19,000 MWh in cumulative energy savings
- INR 23.4 crore (~USD $2.4 million) in cost savings
- Cumulative avoidance of over 16,000 metric tonnes of CO₂ emissions1
